Boko Haram Logistics Base Has Been Destroyed - NAF


A Nigerian Air Force’s Unmanned Combat Aerial Vehicle (UAV) has destroyed a logistics base used by members of the Boko Haram Terrorists group, the air force said in a statement Tuesday.

The UAV was on intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance (ISR) mission when it came across the gathering of BHTs at Garin Moloma, about one kilometre north of the Sambisa Forest, spokesperson Ayodele Famuyiwa, a group captain, said.

Nigeria’s former Chief of Air Staff, Air Vice Marshal Adesola Amosu, has been arrested and detained by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) over allegations of massive fraud that characterized arms procurement during his tenure with the former National Security Adviser (NSA), Col. Mohammed Sambo Dasuki (retd).

The #DasukiGate campaigne is gaining more height in the current administration's drive to fight corruption.

Application for Nigerian Airforce Airmen/Airwomen Recruitment Exercise (BMTC 2016) Has Commenced!



The Nigerian Air Force has opened application for recruitment eligible Airmen and Airwomen.

In a statement signed by Air Vice Marshal C. N. Chukwu on behalf of the Chief of Air Staff, Air Marshal Sadique Abubakar, the Service gave details of the procedures for applying.
