FIRM DRAGS PDP TO COURT OVER JONATHAN CAMPAIGN’S N360M DEBT
An Abuja-based firm, Twinkle Nigeria Limited, has dragged the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, and some of the party’s 2015 presidential campaign committee members before a Federal High Court in Maitama Abuja over alleged failure to pay a N350m debt it accrued as a result of business transaction.
Femi Falana, counsel to the firm alleged that its services were engaged by the PDP Presidential Campaign Organisation to “beautify and decorate” the campaign venues used by former President, Goodluck Jonathan as PDP presidential candidate during the 2015 electioneering period.
