Why do Nigerians find it difficult to follow instructions?

Sometimes you do as they say...


I wonder why some people ignore the little details and expect you to figure them out.

You ask Nigerians to follow the main road, they will look for short-cut and miss all the signs on the main road.

Recently, I posted a job vacancy on 234 Jam Blog, 94% of the applicants where Nigerians and about 15% of them who performed wonderfully missed a very simple but important detail.

Married Husbands [A Rising Threat to Dignity of Men]


In Nigeria where I come from, men have always had the upper hand in society. They work along their desired path to success, achieve success, build a career for themselves and then settle with a woman whom would be their wife.

There is a new trend in town. A band of men are flocking around town, all of them happily married by their wives. This is a threat to an age long tradition that we adore and it has nothing to do with the emancipation of woman.

Can We Speak on Sickle Cell Awareness in Nigeria?


Sickle Cell is a condition that causes red blood cells to take on a crescent-shaped, similar to curved blade of a sickle, inhibiting proper use of iron and oxygen in the blood and causing severe pain and even death.

September is the month for Sickle Cell Awareness. Yet little is being done to raise awareness for Sickle Cell in Nigeria.

The silent treatment giving to the prevalence of Sickle Cell Disease in Nigeria is unjustifiable.
