PRO-BIAFRA: JUDGE HANDS OFF KANU’S TRIAL
The trial of the leader of one of the Pro-Biafra group, Nnamdi Kanu at a Federal High Court in Abuja on Wednesday was stalled following an objection raised against presiding judge.
Kanu and two others were arraigned before Justice Ahmed Mohammed on a six-count charge bordering on terrorism and money laundering.
The other defendants are Benjamin Madubugwu and David Nwawuisi.
Delivering ruling on the objection, Mohammed held that the objection raised by the first defendant (Kanu) could not be ignored.
